Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Customization: If you have custom soap orders, please allow additional time for us to create your perfect soap. Custom orders typically ship within 5-6 weeks, due to the curing process.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping through Canada Post, FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping options. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over Minimum Order Value $ 120.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to all Canadian addresses. Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Local delivery free.

International Shipping not available at this moment

  • We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery time for international orders may vary and typically takes 7-14 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, etc.). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
